Free delivery for private individuals is possible for orders over 90 BGN (€46.02) within Bulgaria with the courier company Speedy.

For Legal Entities, free delivery is for orders after a discount worth over 200 BGN (€102.26) and is carried out with the courier company Speedy.

Order processing time varies from 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Details: Refund policy.

Romania
Orders are shipped with the courier Speedy. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery is free for orders over 199 lei; for smaller orders the cost is calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight, from 26.60 lei. Payment by card online or cash on delivery.
