SEZMAR COLLECTION PROFESSIONAL
Ylang Ylang Massage Oil, 500 ml
(0)
€16.00 EUR
Unit price / perYlang Ylang Massage Oil
Ylang Ylang Massage Oil carries the heaviest sweet floral in this range of sixteen. Grape seed and almond oils do the glide, wheat germ oil adds weight, and allantoin handles skin comfort. Interesting fact: ylang ylang is one of the few aromatics that is not collected as a single oil. ISO 3063 describes it being drawn off in four successive fractions during one distillation, known in the trade as extra, first, second and third, and the extra fraction comes off at the start of a run that can last 10 to 20 hours. It is the most aromatic and the most expensive of the four. The Comoros are the world's largest producer, ahead of Madagascar, and the flowers there are picked by hand. On the skin the scent is sweet, heady and unmistakable, and it reaches the room within a minute of the first stroke. Main benefits:
- In the room from the first stroke, at the far end of this range from Green Tea and Snow Flowers.
- Five ingredients on the label.
- Grape seed and almond glide that stays even across a full hour.
- A single aromatic, so there is nothing else competing with it in the room.
How the product works: The esters and alcohols that make up the lighter part of the ylang profile are the most volatile compounds in the flower, which is why they come off first in the distillation and why they hit the room first on the skin. The heavier sesquiterpenes underneath them are what keep the scent going into the second half of the session. Grape seed oil carries the whole thing and thins as the hands warm it, while almond oil keeps the slip from running out. How to use:
- Application: Use 12 to 15 ml. More product here means a stronger room and not a better massage.
- Massage: Standard relaxation sequence. Start away from the head so the client meets the scent before it arrives at close range.
- Tip: Check with the client before a couples treatment. Ylang divides opinion more sharply than any other scent on this list, and it is better asked than assumed.
Suitable for: Spa therapists running evening and couples treatments, and practices where the scent of the room is part of what the client is paying for.
Results with regular use:
- A room scent that a client associates with the treatment before they lie down.
- Even slip across a full hour on one application.
- Skin stays comfortable on repeated weekly work.
- A scent that clients recognise and ask for by name.
INCI/Ingredients: Grape Seed Oil, Almond Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Allantoin.
Packaging: 500 ml pump bottle. At 10 to 20 ml per full-body session that is 25 to 50 treatments per bottle.

Ylang Ylang Massage Oil, 500 ml
For evening and couples treatments where the room needs a heavy, sweet floral from the first minute.
500 ml covers 25 to 50 full-body treatments at 10 to 20 ml per session. At €16.00 and a 15 ml application that is €0.48 per treatment.
🌼 Cananga odorata is distilled in fractions, not in one go. ISO 3063 recognises four: extra, first, second and third.
⏱️ Extra comes off first. It is the most aromatic fraction and the most expensive, drawn in the opening stage of a run that can take 10 to 20 hours.
🌎 The Comoros are the largest producer in the world, ahead of Madagascar, from a group of small volcanic islands.
🌞 Flower maturity drives yield. Mature greenish-yellow flowers gave 0.41 percent oil in one trial, against 0.25 percent for immature green ones.
💃 Sweet, heady and immediate. It reaches the room within a minute of the first stroke and it does not fade quietly.
🏭 Made by Kozmetika Hristina to one batch formula. The bottle you reorder matches the one you opened.

Five ingredients. Grape seed and almond oils are the carriers, wheat germ oil adds weight and tocopherol, allantoin conditions the skin. The aromatic is ylang ylang from Cananga odorata. Unlike most essential oils, it is drawn off in four successive fractions during a single distillation, which ISO 3063 names extra, first, second and third; the fractions differ in composition, with the earliest richest in the most volatile esters and alcohols. Contains almond oil, a tree nut.
INCI/Ingredients: Grape Seed Oil, Almond Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Allantoin.
This is the projection oil in the range. Where sandalwood works quietly and lasts, ylang reaches the room inside a minute and stays there, which is exactly what a spa selling an experience wants and exactly what a clinical practice does not. Buy it for evening slots, couples rooms and anywhere the scent is part of the product. The composition explains the behaviour: the light esters and alcohols that come off first in distillation are the ones that reach the room first on skin, and the heavier sesquiterpenes underneath carry it through the second half of the session. Five ingredients, one aromatic, nothing competing with it. Ask the client first; this scent divides opinion more than anything else on the list.
Evening and couples treatments where the scent of the room is part of what the client is paying for. Spa menus built on experience rather than clinical work. Ask the client before you book it: this aroma divides opinion more sharply than anything else in the range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Start with the treatment type. For muscle recovery and tension relief, the Magnesium Oil is the go-to. For relaxation and skin nourishment, our standard massage oils work best. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll recommend based on your protocols.
Yes. The 500ml format is designed specifically for professional volume use. The formula is consistent batch to batch, making it reliable for daily use across multiple clients.
On average 10 to 20ml per full-body session, depending on technique and pressure. The pump format helps control dosage and reduces waste.
Yes. The formula contains no silicones, parabens or artificial colorants. Allantoin and beeswax make it gentle enough for repeated use. Always perform a patch test for clients with known skin sensitivities.
We recommend using it on the body only. For facial treatments, a dedicated facial oil is more appropriate.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pump closed between uses. Shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
